What this is
Dao Living is a pre-launch project. This page describes a daily-practice app we are building and lets you join a waitlist for it. Nothing here is a purchase, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a price, or a launch date.
This is not medical advice
Everything Dao Living offers is a behavioural suggestion about daily routine — when to go outside, when to walk, when to lower the lights, when to stop working. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.
Do not use it to make decisions about medication, treatment, or a diagnosed condition, and speak to a clinician before changing your routine if you are pregnant, managing a health condition, or taking prescribed medication.
Stop any practice that causes pain, dizziness, or breathlessness, and seek appropriate care.
The assessment is a self-assessment
The ten questions are a simplified self-assessment inspired by the CCMQ constitution framework. It is not a validated clinical instrument, it is not a diagnosis, and it has not been evaluated by any regulator. It describes a state you may be in now, which is expected to change as the seasons and your circumstances do.
About the predictions
Each practice is published with a predicted change in a measurable metric. That is a statement about what the underlying evidence leads us to expect on average — not a promise about what will happen to you. Some practices rest on multiple randomised trials; others rest on traditional basis and physiological plausibility with limited direct trials, and we label which is which.
If you join the waitlist we will send you a confirmation with your result, and occasional updates about early access. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We will not sell your address or send you anything on behalf of a third party.
Content and intellectual property

Changes
This is an early product and these terms will change as it takes shape. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
